Thursday Class
Thursday Class at The Babington Centre in Trellech. Please arrive for 7.00pm. We will move together for around an hour and then connect over a herbal tea and some snacks until 8.30pm. £15 a class.
What do I need to bring?
All mats, blankets and bricks are provided. Please bring any extra bolsters or cushions that help you to find comfort and ease in your body.
What sort of music do you play?
I use a range of world and popular music to help us to access stillness and to facilitate movement in the body.
